Today Frankies Bikinis launched a very special collection in partnership with Stonewall Community Foundation - our Pride Collection. Founder and Creative Director Francesca Aiello was the first person her brother Tanner came out to when he was 18-years-old, and since then the LGBTQ+ community has been a huge part of her and her family's lives. Francesca designed this bright and colorful collection to instill confidence in those wearing it, and also to show the community that they have the support of the Frankies team behind them always. The brand is donating 20% of the proceeds from this collection to Stonewall, an organization who is going the distance to provide support and assistance to the LGBTQ+ community.
Stonewall Community Foundation has been actively responding to emergency needs during COVID-19, and greatly assisting the LGBTQ+ community during this time of need thanks to their fund partners. Their emergency relief fund has assisted in a variety of things from providing Zoom licenses to organizations in an effort to connect thousands of older adults who are single or live alone, facilitation of online support groups and virtual management, providing mobile meals, and much more. From the very young to the elderly, they have been working to ensure that those isolated and vulnerable in the LGBTQ+ community can survive and thrive.
